The sun room is also a comfortable dining room with French windows onto the enclosed patio garden. Built in bench and seating and a fire pit to enjoy evenings under the stars. The hot tub provides further entertainment and relaxation after a day on the local beach. Within half a mile of the house are pubs, restaurants and shops as well as take away options.

There is off-road parking for two cars and one well-behaved dog is welcome.
